1. Digital products. Our website kits, templates, documentation, and related resources are digital products that may be made available immediately after purchase. Because access can be immediate and the files can be copied, sales are generally final after access or download, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. When we can help. Contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once, did not receive access after payment, or received a file with a material technical defect. Include your order number, purchase email, and a clear description or screenshot of the issue.
3. Resolution and refunds. We will first try to restore access, provide a corrected file, or resolve a verified technical issue. If we cannot reasonably resolve a verified duplicate charge, failed delivery, or material defect, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your payment provider to process it.
4. Requests not eligible. Change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to review product requirements, lack of compatible software or services, or a decision not to use a downloaded product are not grounds for a refund once access or download has occurred. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
5. Services and custom work. Done-for-you installation, customization, marketing, CRM, and support services are separate from kit purchases. Their payment, cancellation, and refund terms are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
